Drug-Alcohol Evaluations for Court
A Drug/Alcohol Evaluation
is required in Illinois to request a permit or to plead guilty in a pending
DUI case. Some courthouses require that
you obtain your evaluation through a specific agency, while other counties only
require that the agency is licensed by the Illinois Department of Alcohol and
Substance Abuse. For each county listed,
it will indicate if you need to go to a specific agency, or if you can choose
your evaluator.
